Kaka to chear for Milan derby

Former AC Milan and Real Madrid midfielder Kaka says that he will be cheering on for his former team in the latest Milan derby.

Inter and Milan will be taking on each other on Sunday with both teams coming into the match with different attitudes. Milan appeared to be extremely confident of success in this latest Milan derby a week ago. However, Inter have responded to the poor form they have shown under Walter Mazzarri by sacking the manager. Former boss Roberto Mancini has returned to the club and it has provided them a huge lift in the last few days.

Despite this setback off the field, Kaka says that he wantshis former team to get a win and move closer to the top three. This is one of the few occasions when both teams do not have any participation in the Champions League. It is a rare occasion given that they are regarded as some of the top clubs in the world. Milan have managed just one win in the last five matches and it has not been looking good for manager Filippo Inzaghi, who is experiencing club management for the first time. Kaka says that he expects Inzaghi to come good eventually since the striker has all the qualities for being a top manager.

“It’s difficult to be away, but I am sure Inzaghi will do well: hopefully next season Milan will be back playing in the Champions League. The change of Coach will bring more motivation, but I think Milan will win the derby and Mancini will only start his new era after that.President Berlusconi is very important, the team is always fired up by him. I think Milan will want to give him something important to celebrate, as he deserves it,” said Kaka, who moved to Orlando City in the summer.
